4. Very good in (Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3dmax, D5, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator,3Dmax-VRay-Corona, Photoshop and InDesign).
5. Contracting knowledge.
6. Experience in Contracting field (Industrial / residential) is a MUST.
