We are looking for Junior Level / Fresh Grad production Engineer Experience with 1 To 3 Years to work with us in our Factory located in Obour City – Industrial Zone
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Identify the manufacturing needs for new products in development
• Ensure products and system requirements are taken into account from initial product conception to the finished result
• Design fixtures and tooling for the assembly task
• Generate production documentation such as assembly instruction
• Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
• Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Respond to breakdowns
• Report downtime and possible trend
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process improvement activities
Skills and Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a production engineer
• Able to use CAD and ability for design process and layouts
• Professional accreditation with an industry-related body would benefit
• Work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
• Experienced with several systems, an expert in at least one area
• Understanding of design and production costs
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
• Maintain a strong relationship with key groups
