#hiring ” Construction Manager “
Job duties :-
– Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
– Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
– Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules.
– Follow up contracts and achieved the target.
– Representing your company on matters such as business services and negotiation.
– Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to PM.
– Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
– Review the work progress on daily basis
– Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
– Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
– Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Job Requirements :-
– Bachelor of civil engineering
– Experience from 10-15 years , Experience in infrastructure projects is a must
